Paint

That's 37 gallons of paint folks!  The trick to buying paint is to buy it on the major holiday sales.  Last weekend Home Depot had a paint sale and we ended up getting $160 rebate back.  We're using Behr paint, which so far has proved to be pretty good quality and covers well also.  We bought 20 gallons for the exterior of the house.  We'll see if we run out or not!  The rest is for different parts of the interior.
